Refunds & Scheduling of Payments:

If you want to re-scheduled a single payment, please contact your dedicated service center3 full business days (72-hours) in advance (non-weekend or holiday days).  We DO NOT issue refunds on previously scheduled & approved payments (regardless of reason).  Your final paid (or settled) in full letter will NOT be sent until you finish ALL of the payments agreed to.
